The Winslow and District Community Bus aims to provide safe, flexible and affordable transport to individuals and voluntary, caring and charitable groups throughout Winslow and the surrounding area.

The bus has served the town of Winslow and neighbouring villages for over 20 years. It is run by a committee consisting of 5 Trustees drawn from the local community, and a part time Coordinator. The bus is driven by volunteers, and full MiDAS training is given to all drivers.

At present the bus runs six scheduled services. We also run our own excursions which include theatre trips, shopping trips, visits to stately homes, garden centres, the seaside and many other places of interest. These trips are open to all, but places must be booked in advance.

The bus is also available to non-profit making community groups from the Winslow area.

Information on days out together with timetables of regular services to the surrounding area can be found on our website www.winslowbus.com, on the noticeboard outside the town council office or by contacting the coordinator at wdcbenquiries@btinternet.com or on 07483 336440.

Winslow & District Community Bus Needs Volunteer Drivers

The Winslow & District Community Bus relies on volunteer drivers to run all our services, excursions and hires.

We are always in need of volunteer drivers, especially at the moment! So, if you have a D1 on your licence, and have some spare time, please consider becoming a driver for your local Community Bus.
