Agendas & Minutes

The quickest and easiest way to find agendas and minutes is to view our Council Meetings Calendar, where you will find all papers associated with each meeting linked to the calendar entry.

Alternatively, all of our documents are stored in our document management system (DMS) where you can also view our agendas and minutes. On that page you can set a filter to help you find specific documents of interest. For instance if you want to see the minutes of the meetings of Council, you would set the 'keyword' to "Council" and select the 'tag' as "Minutes". Or for the agendas for Amenities Committee you would set the 'keyword' to "amenities" and set the 'tag' as "agendas".
